As a result of the recently introduced changes to the US import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, we are experiencing some challenging circumstances serving our valued US customers - in particular we are struggling engineering our website to calculate duties for sending to the USA.
We are happy to say that we now can send to the USA [like we have for many years, sending many rare and exquisite items to advanced collectors] - but you will need to contact me for a direct quote for the item and the duties payable.
As our inventory is so vast - and the delivered Duty Paid system only applying to items under a threshold value - implementing a system for every item for automatic calculation is not a simple thing.
This data has to be entered manually - so in the interim, until we can find a software solution that suits our needs - we ask that you email us and say the item you specifically want to purchase - and we will advise you the total cost as soon as we can [remember time differences between us]. If you agree, we can then Invoice you - once the Invoice is paid, the item or items will be shipped to you.
