As a result of an ever changing UK Customs landscape we regret to inform our UK customers that we cannot ship lower value items to the UK - lower value items are where the purchase price and Postage are under 135GBP. The costs of compliance and regulation - and the time costs of keeping appraised with changing regulations is too much for a small business to manage.
If the item is higher value, that is greater than 135GBP - the item can be sent with Customs Duties payable on import to the UK but you will need to contact me for a direct Invoice on these items (as there is special export pricing to be calculated where the Australian GST is removed from the sale price).
We ask that you email us and say the item you specifically want to purchase - and we will advise you the total cost as soon as we can [remember time differences between us]. If you agree, we can then Invoice you - once the Invoice is paid, the item or items will be shipped to you.
